BREAKFAST SPACING
Breakfast with choosing the right foods in the morning is very important for the body supply the energy needed to face the morning routine to avoid eating sugary snack of fatty foods when feeling hungry

EXCESSIVE FAT - FREE FOODS
Actually fat - free diet does not mean the food is low in calories

CONSUMPTION SALAD
Salad is high in calories as well as hamburgers especially if the vegetables were covered with the cheese, dry bread and high fat gravy

CHOOSING JUICE THAN APPLE OR ORANGE FRESH
Eating fresh fruit is much better because we found a lot of fiber that are an important component to the diet

TIGHTENING CALORIES CONSUMPTION
The average body needs 1200 to 1500 calories per day to function. if done tightening of calories, your metabolism will slow down resulting in health problems like anemia
