Apple's Efficacy


Apple fruits has many functions. This is because the apple contains vitamins, minerals, fiber, fitokimian, tannins, acids and other barons of tartar - other. this substance is very necessary for our bodies to prevent and cope with various diseases.
VITAMINS
Apples are rich in vitamins. Some vitamins in apples are :

Phytochemicals in the apple will work against as antioxidants bad cholesterol (LDL, Low Density Lipoprotein), a potential clog arteries. Antioxidants will prevent damage to cells or tissue or blood vessels. At the same time, antioxidant will increase good cholesterol (HDL, High Density Lipoprotein), which is useful preventing heart disease and blood vessel.

TANNINS
Apples contain tannins. Tannin are substance that serve to clean and freshen the mouth, thus preventing tooth decay and gum disease.

BARON

FLAVONOID
One of the ingredients of good apples to prevent the disease is Flavonoid. it is a substance that function reduce cancer risk.

D-Glucaric Acid

QUERCETIN
Quercetin is a substance that is needed to increase the levels of antioxidants that the body was healthier and prevent various diseases.

ACID TARTAR
